Our journey started with local villagers' support as they pitched in, despite being over 60 and unable to handle certain tasks. Eventually, we welcomed Burmese workers, mostly war refugees, into our team. Together, we form a diverse, compassionate, and dedicated group committed to maintaining a thriving farm all year-round! The embeddedness in the local community is the basis of the acceptance and distribution of our problem-solving natural farming practices within the common farming communities surrounding our plots.
